MLB News: Major League Baseball Announces Schedule for 2023 Season
Major League Baseball (MLB) has released the schedule for the 2023 season, which is set to begin on March 30. The 2023 season will be the 153rd season in MLB history, and it will feature 2,430 regular-season games.
MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred said in a statement, ‘We are excited to announce the schedule for the 2023 season, and we look forward to another great year of baseball.’
Some of the highlights of the 2023 MLB season include the All-Star Game, which will be held on July 11 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. The World Series is set to begin on October 24 and will feature the winners of the American League and National League Championship Series.
In addition to the schedule, MLB also announced a number of rule changes that will go into effect in 2023. These changes include a limit on the number of pitchers a team can use in a game, and a requirement that relief pitchers must face a minimum of three batters unless the inning ends first.
The schedule for the 2023 MLB season is available now on MLB’s official website.
